Bakin` Donuts in Summerside

Was hoping for fresh "baked" donuts, oh gawd no! The donuts were so dry we choked, the fritters were dry and hard. What a waste of money; so sorry we stopped. Hard to believe we thought it would be way better than Tim's 😵

An island favorite, every time I come over we have to get coffee. Have to buy some take home also.

Summerside PEI Location:Affordable prices & can mix and match your orders to suit your appetite. Also noticed the slogan on their menu "Where everyone knows your name" quite frightening would've chosen an updated friendly saying like "Serving your order by Name" a lot more customer friendly, I think. Either way you get free refills with their resto mugs. Menu board doesn't have all items listed on it only their laminated homemade menus. Not many indoor seating options but noticed outdoor seating only available during warmer weather (could use heating lamps for youth or those who enjoy outdoor weather). Seen wifi options but password wasn't posted anywhere. Single Women's & Men's Washroom options no handicap stalls/equipment for the disabled personnel.Note the drive thru is amazing as french toast is served, the only place I've seen across Canada/Kanata (Indigenous Peoples terminology).

It was kind of like a dunkin donuts back in the USA but with less of a selection of items and they are closed the second half of the day.

I did not like the fact that you had your cookies in a plastic container then wrapped in saran wrap come on people you can do better.

Waste of time anymore, we sat down at our table and waited for almost 20 minutes no staff came over to our table. The server that was working looked at us a few times but never came over. We just got up and left.I would give it no stars if I could, that place used to be really.good and friendly staff, not no more apparently.

Great quintessential Canadian breakfast diner - don’t let the name fool you. Parking lot is full as the locals know the food quality and friendly service.

Great Breakfast!! One of the best and cheapest in Summerside.

If you ever want a quick breakfast this is the place. Everytime I got time to get food from ordering to table is usually about 5 mins. Friendly staff as that's their motto.

I ate here last week for breakfast while on vacation. It was the worst food place I've ever gone to. Utensils were dirty, food was poor, and it was average priced. The waitress provided good service. I would never recommend eating here to anyone.

It's very dog friendly. They serve dog treats at the counter. If your dog barks un the cafe, he'll be asked to leave. Good coffee.

Simply awful first (and only) time experience. The coffee was old and burnt, the coconut cream pie was wilted, and the deep-fried mushrooms were all frozen in the center. Even if the mushrooms were acceptable, the price asked for 5-6 miniatures isn't worth it.
